第1条（適用 / Application）
本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間のAquila（以下「本アプリ」）に関する一切の利用に適用されます。
These Terms govern all use of the Aquila app ("the App") between the user and the provider.
第2条（サービス内容 / Service Content）
本アプリはRSSフィードを取得し、記事要約機能（OpenAI APIを使用）を提供します。
The App retrieves RSS feeds and provides article summarization functionality (using the OpenAI API).
第7条（外部サービスの利用 / Use of External Services）
本アプリの要約処理はOpenAI APIに送信されます。当社は適切な安全管理の下でデータを扱います。
Summarization requests are processed through the OpenAI API. Data is handled under appropriate safeguards.
第10条（禁止事項 / Prohibited Actions）
- 著作権侵害や不正利用の禁止
Prohibition of copyright infringement or unlawful use - 逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングの禁止
No reverse engineering or decompilation
第12条（免責 / Disclaimer）
要約の正確性や完全性について保証しません。
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of summaries.
プライバシーポリシー（Privacy Policy）
第1条（収集する情報 / Collected Information）
本アプリは以下の情報を収集する場合があります：
The App may collect the following information:
- 利用状況情報（Usage data）
- RSSフィードURLおよびフィードID（RSS feed URLs and feed IDs）
- 要約対象記事の内容（Content of articles to be summarized）
- アプリ内操作イベント（記事閲覧・既読化・共有・ブックマーク追加／削除・タブ切替／並び替え・テーマ変更・言語変更・音声再生開始 等）
In-app action events (article views, mark-as-read, sharing, bookmark add/remove, tab switch/reorder, theme change, language change, TTS playback start, etc.) - AI関連イベント（要約生成・一括要約完了・要約エラー、音声種別など）
AI-related events (summary generation, batch summary completion, summary errors, voice type, etc.) - エラー情報および診断情報（データベースエラー、初期化エラー、ネットワーク不達、ローカライズエラーの種別・メッセージ 等）
Error and diagnostic information (database errors, initialization errors, network unavailability, localization error types/messages, etc.) - イベント属性情報（記事ID、ブックマークカテゴリ、テーマモード、言語コード、単語数、タブID・インデックス・種別、タイムスタンプ 等）
Event parameters (article IDs, bookmark categories, theme mode, language code, word counts, tab IDs/indexes/types, timestamps, etc.) - Firebaseにより自動収集される標準情報（アプリバージョン、デバイスモデル、OSバージョン、端末の言語設定 等）
Standard information automatically collected by Firebase (app version, device model, OS version, device language settings, etc.)
本アプリはメールアドレス、電話番号、氏名、位置情報、端末固有識別子などの個人を特定可能な情報（PII）は収集しません。
The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as email addresses, phone numbers, names, location data, or unique device identifiers.
第3条（外部送信 / External Transmission）
記事内容は要約処理のためOpenAI APIに送信されます。OpenAIは学習目的で利用しませんが、最長30日間ログ保持の可能性があります。
Content is transmitted to the OpenAI API for summarization. OpenAI does not use the data for training but may retain logs for up to 30 days.
第1条に記載の利用状況・イベント・診断情報は、アプリ品質向上および利用動向の分析を目的として、Google LLCが提供するFirebase Analyticsへ送信・蓄積されます。データはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーおよびFirebaseのデータ処理条件に従って取り扱われます。
Usage, event, and diagnostic information described in Article 1 is transmitted to and stored in Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, for the purpose of improving app quality and analyzing usage trends. The data is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase data processing terms.

第5条（広告・解析 / Ads & Analytics）
本アプリはアプリの品質向上および機能改善を目的として、Firebase Analytics（Google LLC提供）を利用して匿名の利用状況データを収集・解析します。収集されるデータには個人を特定する情報は含まれません。解析目的以外での第三者提供は行いません。
The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect and analyze anonymous usage data for the purpose of improving app quality and functionality. The data collected does not include personally identifiable information. The data will not be provided to third parties for purposes other than analytics.
現時点で広告配信は行っておりません。将来広告を導入する場合は、事前に本ポリシーを更新のうえ明示的に公表します。
No advertising is currently served. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and disclosed in advance.
